His focus is on delivering thoughtfully designed homes that balance modern architecture with livability and long-term value. Daniel is closely involved in each project, ensuring that design intent, construction quality, and market positioning remain aligned.

Director of Operations & Finance
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from Universidad Santa María and brings a strong foundation in financial management, cost control, and operational strategy to the construction industry.
As Director of Operations & Finance at Pro-Advanced Construction LLC, he leads the financial and operational framework that supports the successful execution of new home construction projects. His leadership ensures that budgets, subcontractor agreements, timelines, and financial controls are aligned to deliver projects efficiently and responsibly.
He oversees cash flow management, job costing, accounts payable and receivable, subcontractor administration, and insurance compliance. By implementing structured financial systems and maintaining rigorous internal controls, he strengthens transparency, mitigates risk, and supports informed decision-making across all projects.
With progressive experience in accounting and construction operations, he integrates financial discipline with practical project oversight. Utilizing industry platforms such as QuickBooks, Contractor Foreman, and JobTread, he enhances reporting accuracy and operational visibility, contributing to the company’s long-term stability and growth.

Administrative Assistant
María Carolina is a qualified lawyer, graduated from Universidad Santa María in Venezuela, with a specialization in Labor Law.
She has experience in the consumer goods and technology industries, and specializes in supporting operations teams across various administrative processes, combining analytical thinking with a practical, people-focused approach to ensure efficiency and consistency in every project.
